I'm sorry that I bother you again but when I do right click on any object, there is the option of Rising antivirus still there and it's not simple to do a format in this situation. Do I need another antivirus to clean up the remaining entries?

You can use MMM to edit the context menu when you right click a file on your desktop. MMM enables you to simple edit by eliminating the hard way through the registry.
You can use the old-fashioned way of uninstalling applications through the Control Panel, but to fully remove this antivirus, you will have to remove another component from the same list. It's an addition to the antivirus package. You can identify it on the list very easily because it starts with the Rising. Basically, you will need to restart everything that contains the word ''Rising''.
